Environmental & Engineering Group
The Group was established in 2023 as part of the merger of Marlin Environmental Services and Yellowstone Environmental Solutions. After 12 years of partnership working, the businesses formed E&E Group to provide additional internal support and to increase service levels for existing and new customers.
E&E Group is now part of the Adler & Allan Group, who deliver Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) in action to organisations to reduce pollution, transition energy, and address the effects of climate change. Through this partnership, we can continue to apply comprehensive solutions in engineering, environmental services, and waste management to a wider range of customers’ problems.
Recycling and waste specialists, Yellowstone deliver responsible, conscientious, and compliant waste management. Operating from a fully licensed waste treatment and recycling
site providing a turnkey solution for recycling or safe disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams.
Yellowstone are strong advocates of providing a positive can-do attitude, excellent customer service, and working to the highest health and safety standards, providing the best possible recycling routes for difficult waste streams which support the protection of our environment.
Marlin is an industry leader in specialist environmental cleaning, engineering, safety training and confined space services. In 2024 Marlin opened a new Drainage Division which
serves both domestic and commercial sectors.
Marlin takes pride in its highly skilled and experienced teams, who remain at the forefront of engineering, environmental and safety sectors. With dedicated engineering centres across the a wealth of specialist equipment and fleet of vehicles, Marlin work off-shore, shore-based and at customer facilities throughout the UK and beyond, supporting key customers in both the defence and commercial sectors.
